All our items are sent via Royal Mail.

We aim to send items the same day or the next working day. Once your item is in the Royal Mail delivery system any delays are out of our control. 

Please make sure the name and address you provide are correct as we are not liable to give a refund if you have entered any details incorrectly when placing the order.
